Charter Communications has announced that Cottonwood Residential, which manages nine major properties in North Texas, is strengthening its commitment to Spectrum Community Solutions with a new agreement that will bring advanced wireless broadband and video service to over 10,000 individual units within 24 months of Charter completing its combination with Time Warner Cable and acquisition of Bright House Networks.
